Selinda Camp is located in the 320,000 acres Selinda Reserve in northern Botswana and is built on a wooded island on the banks of the Selinda Spillway close to where the Linyanti, Savuti and Kwando Rivers converge.

The camp has 9 luxury tented rooms under thatch, one of which is a family room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Selinda’s main lounge and dining area have raised decks under a thatched roof offering breathtaking views over the flood plains and savannas.  The lodge was rebuilt in 2007 to very high standards and makes for decent value, especially if you are visiting during the off-peak times (November - June).

Wildlife is a constant feature of the camp. The wide plain surrounding the camp makes spotting the big game and predators that inhabit the area easy.  All the major predators are present: lion, leopard and cheetah, and the area is well known for wild dog (which den in June / July).  There are also good densities of giraffe, buffalo (in the dry season) and all the antelope – including roan and sable.
