Botswana Adventurer

This safari is for people looking to get as close to nature as possible while still enjoying the best that Botswana has to offer. You will travel bwtween the Okavango Delta, Kalahari Desert and Linyanti area in camps designed to offer something more than simple game drives. This itinerary begins and ends in Maun, and can be extended for keen horse-riders to include a longer stay at Motswiri.

Footsteps Camp (3 nights)

You will fly from Maun by chartered light aircraft to Footsteps Camp in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Footsteps offers an amazing walking safari experience, where you will set off from the main camp and spend your second and third nights out in the bush fly camping.

Grassland Safari Lodge (3 nights)

From Footsteps you will fly south to the Central Kalahari with its spectacular desert scenery and amazing green-season wildlife. Kalahari Plains Camp offer walks in the area led by local bushmen.

Motswiri Camp (3 nights)

Your final destination on this intrepid itinerary is Motswiri Camp, a newly renovated lodge offering exciting horse-back safaris in the Linyanti area of northern Botswana. A longer trek consisting of 5-7 nights can be accommodated. From Motswiri you can fly out to Maun or Kasane.
